Film director Ridley Scott is not only directing the fifth installment of his Prometheus franchise, but also penned a letter to the fans of the 1980s sci-fi film Alien.
Scott wrote on his personal blog that he “gave away” the movie he created in his 20s to make way for the new film, and that he’s also “never seen a more complete movie” than the one he’s directing.
Here’s the letter he sent to fans on October 7: “I’m still in the process of writing the script for Prometheus, and I’ve given away the movie I made in my 20s, and made way for a new movie.
But I have to say that I have never seen a better movie.
A film that is better than its predecessor, and more powerful than its predecessors, and perhaps even more powerful still.
I’m going to let you know what I’ve come up with: “The Covenant is a beautiful, beautiful movie.
And it’s a good movie.
I gave away my first Prometheus movie to make room for a sequel, and it is the greatest movie of all time.
I’ve never seen one that has been more beautiful and more profound than this movie.
“The Covenant was a huge box office hit in its time, and Ridley Scott says the film will “have the widest theatrical release ever.
“He says he’s been “haunted” by the experience of making the movie in the 20th century, and said it was a “devastating experience” that “made me question whether I’d made the right choice.
“Prometheus was released in 1979 and grossed more than $1.3 billion at the worldwide box office.
The film was written by Ridley Scott and Damon Lindelof.
Scott also wrote the screenplay for Alien, which is currently the most-anticipated movie of the year, and the script of the Alien sequel, Alien: Covenant.
Here are some of the quotes from Scott’s letter: “Alien is one of my favorite movies.
I had a great time making it.
It was a very challenging and rewarding process to make.
The way it was told was a little bit different, but it was the same movie.
There was a lot of story to tell, but a lot more depth than I expected.
I think that’s one of the reasons that the movie came out the way it did.
I was very fortunate to work with such a great team.
“The plot of Alien was really interesting, because it’s set in an alternate universe.
The plot of Prometheus is more of a modern sci-fictional story.
The two films were set in a very different world than the movie you see.
But they were both good movies, and they both did something I really wanted to do. “
There were a lot bigger issues at play in both films, so I wanted to take them in different directions.
But they were both good movies, and they both did something I really wanted to do.
And that was to tell a story that had a big impact on the human experience.
That’s why I made the film in the first place.”
Scott has directed at least six movies in the franchise since Prometheus, including Prometheus: No Man’s Land and Alien: Resurrection.
He also wrote a story for the next installment of the franchise, Prometheus: Existence, which will be released on May 5, 2019.
Alien: Prometheus will be directed by Ridley Taylor and released on December 12, 2019
